Q: How do I download my eBooks?
A: After you click "submit," it will take you to the receipt page where you will have an option to print your receipt. The link to download your product will be right there below the word "downloads." You then simply save your eBook to your PC. We have several links to "Adobe Reader," There is not a safer, faster or more trusted name in the industry! 

Q: What do I do after my purchase?
A: If you purchased a CD, it will be shipped to you within one business day.
A: If you purchased an eBook, download it and save it to your P.C.

Q: How can I best utilize my eBooks or CD's?
A: For the "Complete Set," open and click the second icon down, on the left. Change minus signs to plus signs five times. Double click on the edition you want to read. You have an option to scroll down on the right side to read that entire edition. Or you can scroll down your alphabetized list on the left to read one particular topic you would like to read. This should literally take about five seconds! Our eBooks and CD's were set up to be VERY user friendly!

A: For one edition, open and click the second icon down, on the left. Q: Can I obtain your eBooks in other ways besides downloading them? 
A: Yes, we will be happy to email you any of our editions. As an accomodation, our "Complete Set," "Hitting" and "Pitching" editions are also available on CD. If you want to have any of our editions emailed to you, please email or call us to make very easy arrangements!

Q: Is it safe to download my eBooks? 
A: Extremely safe! There is not a more trusted name in the business than the very safe, reliable and quick "Adobe Reader." Your eBooks will very safely download in a few seconds. If you don't already have Adobe Reader, we have several links on our site for you to quickly download it.

Q: What if I order a CD?  
A: Your CD will be shipped to you within 1 business day.

Q: What if I want to order multiple CD's?
A: If you wish to order 5 CD's or more, contact us for a discount. We have done this numerous times for baseball coaches to give to their entire team and also to Board members who govern an entire league.They make for a great, very modestly priced gift for players and coaches, either in preseason, mid season or at season's end. And your gift will last forever!
